EU Parliament decides better protection for whistleblowers

The European Parliament has called for better protection of whistleblowers. The new requirements are meant to protect whistleblowers from retaliation - have, however, still gaps.

It comes to tax evasion, corruption, large-scale fraud. Much of what has come in the last few years to light what the General Public is whipping up still to today, that would not have existed without the brave whistleblower, without the Whistleblower, probably so. Probably some would go still Hidden.

no Matter whether it is diesel-gate, the Luxembourg-Leaks or the Panama Papers. The Problem was always: a Whistleblower who wanted to draw attention to grievances, and sometimes with one leg in jail, you could sue them but in some places, because of secret treason.

This will now change, reaffirms the EU's justice Commissioner Vera Jourova. "We will give a legally binding guarantee. If a whistleblower is a public power, to protect him from retaliation. About before, that he loses his Job, or even in front of the revenge of the bosses."
