I would like to thank Anna-Karin Byström for her major, and wise letter to the editor in the DN (21 in march). Is a close relative to the old mother who is in great need of hemtjänstens efforts. Have got to follow the very wonderful efforts to substandard or ”forgotten” for my mother.

from the staff is their stress and the member of the board at times. When my mother was more alert she invited gladly remove their times in order to facilitate for them (despite the fact that it is actually the patient they are there for).

The experienced staff seems to have a bit easier if necessary, take some decisions on their own if necessary, while the newer is controlled by the clock. And weaknesses of the internal communication often in stressful periods.

for a number of years on the impossible equation that they are working to try to get together and also talked with many in home care on it.

I have not been able to in the past, but really wanted to ”go further” in order to contribute to better conditions for them. Was, therefore, supported and grateful for your important post.
