Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has called for early parliamentary elections. "We are legitimizing the only Institution that has not been legitimized in the last five years," Maduro said before supporters. The Opposition has won in 2015, the majority in the national Assembly, the next regular elections are to be held by the end of 2020.
