Katy Perry's new shoe collection has had to quietly kick the bucket.
It had to be the 34-year-old singer, true, in her new collection came in a massive headwind on the social media, since several of the users felt that they were racist.

The american pop star has even designed shoes, but more unhappy users think that the design is reminiscent of the so-called 'black face makeup', where white people paint themselves black in the face.
'Can we just agree that no product to promote the 'black face' or similar?', writes one unhappy Twitter user.
another user writes: 'So Katy Perry thinks that the 'black face' is smart?'.
the Singer has now taken the consequence and have stopped the sales of the shoes on its website.

But Katy Perry is not the only one who has been accused of a racist design.
The Italian luxury brand Gucci ended up also in a shitstorm, as their black turtlenecks were accused by critics of being a 'blackface'.
