Rugby: high level in November for Ireland, the All Blacks on the menu

Ireland will face four teams from the southern hemisphere, including New Zealand and Australia, for their autumn tour at home in November, the federation announced on Thursday.

The XV of Clover will launch the series of friendly matches on November 8 in Dublin against the All Blacks, more than a year after its elimination in the quarter-finals of the World Cup against the same opponent (24-28).

Oppositions against Argentina and Fiji will then follow on November 15 and 23, also in the Irish capital.

The team led by Andy Farrell will finish its 2024 year against Australia on November 30 in Dublin. The match against the Wallabies will be part of the celebrations surrounding the 150th anniversary of the federation, the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU).
