The Italian Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati-VR46) won the Indian Grand Prix on Sunday, the 13th round out of 20 of the MotoGP season, ahead of the Spaniard Jorge Martin (Ducati-Pramac) and the French Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha), while Italian championship leader Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) fell.
The reigning world champion, who fell alone in the 14th round, lost big on Sunday since “Martinator” is only 13 points behind in the provisional ranking, while the winner of the day is now 44 lengths behind.
