Ligue 2: Troyes formalizes the arrival of David Guion on his bench

David Guion is already bouncing back. Two months after being laid off as a precautionary measure by the Girondins de Bordeaux, the former Reims coach found a challenge again. ESTAC announced this via a press release posted on its social networks on Wednesday morning.

“ESTAC is proud to announce the appointment of David Guion as its new first team coach. The technician arrives with extensive experience of French football, with more than 200 matches managed in Ligue 2 and Ligue 1.” This will be the third professional club led by David Guion, after experiences in Reims and Bordeaux.

Earlier in the morning, the Trojan club announced that it was separating from its coach Patrick Kisnorbo: “ESTAC and Patrick Kisnorbo are separating by mutual agreement. ESTAC would like to thank Patrick Kisnorbo and his staff for their work and dedication. The club wishes them the best in their future projects. After managing the first team for 40 matches, Patrick Kisnorbo and his staff are leaving the club by mutual agreement.

Currently fourteenth in Ligue 1, ESTAC gave itself a little breathing room by defeating Amiens on Tuesday evening, with a score of 2 to 0.
