"It was a way to protect myself and avoid being accused, wrongly, of having put the handkerchief on all that," he says. And to add: "In writing this email, I did not denounce but I protected myself because I was attacked".

Recall that after nebulous accusations made against Christophe Galtier in September 2022 by Julien Fournier, on RMC, the email was leaked by several media in April 2023. Since then, the now former PSG coach has filed a complaint and the court took up the case. He will be tried on December 15 for moral harassment and discrimination, as announced by the public prosecutor of Nice in June.
