Europa League: Toulouse supported by 2,400 supporters in Liverpool

Toulouse supporters can't miss this. Back in the European Cup after 14 years of absence, Toulouse FC travels to Anfield on Thursday evening (9 p.m.) to challenge Liverpool during the third day of the Europa League group stage. A gala match which should be attended by 2,400 members of Téfécé supporter groups. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Indians group even chartered two special planes to travel to the banks of the Mersey in the company of the Visca Tolosa.

This trip to the legendary Reds venue will bring back memories to Violets fans who were only 450 in the visitor's park in 2007, during the Champions League play-off second leg lost 4-0 by Toulouse.

Currently 2nd in Group E, two points behind Liverpool, Téfécé will not have much to lose against Jürgen Klopp's team. The challenge that awaits them promises to be significant but the people of Toulouse will be able to count on strong support to try to achieve one of the greatest feats in their history.
