The French football team has chosen its base camp for the European Championship which will take place from June 14 to July 14 in Germany with 24 teams. Didier Deschamps and his group will settle in the small town of Bad Lippspringe in the center of the country, in the east of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. This municipality has only 17,000 inhabitants, almost equidistant from Düsseldorf (177 km to the West) and Hanover (141 km to the East). The city is especially famous for its thermal springs.

UEFA has established specifications for all team training grounds. There is no reason to be worried,” rejoiced Didier Deschamps, particularly attentive to the quality of the sports complex for working.
