Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel fears a muscle tear for Jamal Musiala, who came off in the 40th minute of the match against Galatasaray (2-1 victory) on Wednesday, and is already absent for the next championship match against Heidenheim on Saturday .
“It's not good news, it's a muscle injury in the hamstring. In the worst scenario, it could be a muscle tear,” Thomas Tuchel explained to broadcaster DAZN.
“He will not be there for sure against Heidenheim”, who will travel to the Allianz Arena for the 11th day of the Bundesliga, he added.
Musiala's participation in Germany's two friendly matches in Berlin against Turkey (November 18) and in Vienna against Austria (November 21) seems compromised.
Launched into the Galatasaray penalty area, Musiala stopped his run and immediately signaled to his bench that he could no longer continue.
Musiala had already missed two league matches at the end of August and the beginning of September and the Mannschaft's two friendly matches in mid-September (against Japan and France), due to a muscle tear.
