24 Hours of Le Mans: Claude Lelouch and Kad Merad filming on the circuit

The director Claude Lelouch was present this Saturday, June 10 on the circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans to shoot several scenes of his next film, Finally. The actors Kad Merad and Raphaël Mezrahi accompanied him in the preparation of this 51st feature film.

Paul Belmondo and Elsa Zylberstein will also be showing Finally, some sequences of which have been filmed in recent days in Paris, Béziers, Beaune in Burgundy or even Bénouville in Calvados. This production Les Films 13 should be screened in dark rooms in 2024. Few details have leaked out, apart from the role played by Kad Merad: "a great lawyer like Robert Badinter or Eric Dupont-Moretti" confided the director to the British media Variety.

This is not the first time that Claude Lelouch, 85, has ventured onto the asphalt of the Sarthois circuit. Many scenes from A Man and a Woman (1964, Palme d'Or at Cannes in 1966) were filmed there.
