Drink Lots of Water

Water can help you immensely with bad body odor. It will help wash away any toxins in your body that might be causing bad body odor.

Water also regulates your body temperature, keeping you cool and reducing the chances of you sweating profusely. If you drink water determinately you will start noticing a change in your body odor for sure.

Eat Fruits high in Citrus

The citrus in fruits like lemons and oranges have acidic value in them that lowers your skin's Ph levels.

This helps get rid of bacteria that cause bad body odor. These fruits also help remove toxins in the body and they generally have antibacterial abilities that help you feel and smell fresh!

Try having lemon with your green tea at least twice a day and you will feel a difference.

Using Baking Soda

Baking soda has qualities in it that can reduce Ph levels as well and also absorb moisture. If you use baking soda with lemon it will be even more effective. Mix equal parts lemon, baking soda, and water to make a paste.

Put this on once a day in areas where you feel your body odor is coming from the most such as underarms, between legs, and even your feet. Wait for the paste to dry completely and then wash it off.

Using Alum

Most people don’t know this but usually, antiperspirants don’t help reduce body odor, in fact sometimes they even make it worse because they have chemicals in them that can clog your sweat glands, causing your body toxins to get trapped in your body increases the level of bad body odor.

Luckily there are more natural and organic antiperspirants you can use. Alum for example has natural antibacterial and strong sterilizing properties that help reduce Ph levels in your skin and kill bacteria that cause bad body odor.

Crush alum into a powder and use this powder as a deodorant after you take a bath. You can also rub the alum in its rock form on your skin while taking a bath for maximum effect.
