Scene of chaos during fireworks in an Indian cinema

A sensational entrance. On Sunday evening, a screening of the new Bollywood film Tiger 3 turned into a disaster when star actor Salman Khan entered the stage at the Mohan Theater in the town of Malegaon, India. The second the actor playing Tiger appeared on screen, a group of fans had the brilliant idea of lighting fireworks, creating panic in the room and an impressive scene of chaos. In a video relayed on social networks, we can see the light beams springing from the rows of the cinema hall and bursting everywhere in the middle of the seats.

Faced with these images, Salman Khan spoke on his X account (formerly Twitter) where he has nearly 45 million subscribers: “I hear about fireworks in cinemas during the broadcast of Tiger 3 . It's dangerous. Let's enjoy the film without putting ourselves and others in danger. Stay safe.”

According to information from the Indian media Times of India, the police in the town of Malegaon did not report any injuries but have initiated proceedings against those responsible for this act.

This is unfortunately not the first time that such scenes have occurred in dark rooms (which no longer have anything dark when fireworks are lit there). A month earlier, in this same cinema, fireworks were also set off when another star actor Shah Rukh Khan entered the stage, according to Times of India.
