“Perhaps Anthony really wants his father to die,” says Alain Delon’s lawyer

“All these stories affect him terribly.” Maître Christophe Ayela, the lawyer for Alain Delon and his daughter Anouchka, spoke in the columns of La Tribune du Dimanche this January 7 about Anthony Delon’s accusations against his sister. Indeed, the actor's son indicated on January 3 to Paris Match that he had filed a complaint last November against the younger daughter, whom he accuses of having concealed their father's health checks, which would prove his lack of discernment.

Alain Delon did not expect such reproaches against his daughter, the lawyer told La Tribune du Dimanche. “A week before this interview, Anthony exchanged friendly text messages with her. All of this was expertly prepared. He (Alain Delon, editor's note) did not at all appreciate his son's long interview in Paris Match. It's despicable to say in an interview that this is your last Christmas. Maybe Anthony really wants him to die…”, confides M Ayela to our colleagues.

“This is all nonsense. How do you expect his daughter to hide medical documents that are in Alain Delon's medical file?” continues Ms. Ayela to our colleagues. The Montargis public prosecutor's office will, however, request the actor's placement under judicial protection. “This request will trigger a procedure with expert opinions,” explains the lawyer.

Inheritance would be at the center of this family heartbreak. Because upon the death of Alain Delon, Anthony's share of the estate will be 25%, like that of his younger brother, Alain-Fabien, compared to 50% for Anouchka. “Alain Delon dictated his wishes and his choices to give what he wanted to his children. Anouchka has always had an exceptional relationship with her father. Anouchka Delon filed a complaint on Thursday January 4 against her brother for “defamation”, “slanderous denunciation”, “threats” and “harassment”, said her lawyer, in a press release published a few seconds after another complaint: that of Alain Delon, against her son, also for “defamation”. “Above all, I hope that everyone will come to their senses and find a healthy dialogue,” hopes Christophe Ayela.
