“Everything had been searched”: Hiromi Rollin claims that the Delon children erased evidence of her relationship with the actor

“Everything had been searched, they only returned what they wanted to return,” Hiromi Rollin told RTL on January 14. The one who considers herself the partner of Alain Delon assures that after being kicked out of the actor's home on July 5, 2023, her children would have stolen some of her personal effects. According to his lawyer Me Yassine Bouzrou, “they kept elements which could have constituted evidence in court with extremely important legal consequences”.

A few days before this declaration, Hiromi Rollin had asked the Montargis public prosecutor's office that "investigations be carried out urgently" into facts which, according to her, resemble an "attempted voluntary homicide" by the Delon children on the father. . In a letter written by her lawyer Me Yassine Bouzrou, she maintains that when she still lived with the actor suffering from diffuse lymphoma, the latter's state of health was stable thanks to the follow-up care put in place by his Swiss doctors. Since her expulsion, she would have learned “that Mr. Delon had not been taken to Switzerland for a new check scheduled for August 28, 2023 and that he had not consulted Doctor G. since June 30, 2023”. According to his lawyer, the cessation of the actor's treatment "allows us to affirm that they would have committed acts that could characterize acts of attempted homicide."

To justify the expulsion of the complainant from the home in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret), the children believe that Hiromi Rollin - whom they present as an employee and "companion lady" of their father - abused her vulnerability and exercised violence against him. In September 2023, on the set of BFMTV, Anthony Delon claimed that the gendarmes had found “110,000 euros in cash hidden upstairs in a cupboard in his bathroom”. He also explained that for four months, “900-950 euros were withdrawn every week with the credit card, supposedly to take care of Douchy (the property of Alain Delon). When we arrived at this house, there was almost nothing. What was there, she told the police, was rotten.” The complaints of the three children were, however, dismissed for lack of convincing evidence by the Montargis public prosecutor's office at the beginning of January.

Five months after the expulsion of Hiromi Rollin, her lawyer speaks of “an episode which is traumatic and which would be so for everyone. It was unfair and above all it was humiliating. Ms. Rollin was humiliated. There were objectives behind it. He continues by explaining that “the Delon children admit to having touched, taken his clothes and moved them (...) All this was not done without reason. On the one hand, it was necessary to remove Ms. Rollin because she protected Alain Delon, particularly in terms of his health, it was necessary to be able to manage Mr. Delon without there being a person to protect him nearby, perhaps to make him sign documents, to make him say things, justice will say it.”

Hiromi Rollin tells RTL about an “extremely violent” expulsion. “There were three men who threw me out of the property... I couldn't see Alain before leaving, I found myself in the street, dressed in just jeans and a t-shirt and I I had a handbag.” According to her, “her children left some of my belongings outside the property, but I was not warned. The police recovered them. All the memories with Alain, all the documents with which I can justify that I was indeed his partner and all the gifts that Alain had given me, with his little words of love have disappeared (...) Everything that is precious of my private life, I lost it”.

In her letter sent to the Montargis prosecutor, she claims to have met Alain Delon in 1989 during the filming of a film where she was an “assistant director” and indicates that they “quickly established an intimate relationship”. She says she has been his partner since the early 2000s. In Mohamed Bouhafis' Focus Dimanche show, the 66-year-old woman even said that Alain Delon wanted to marry her, "he told me several times."
