Anouchka Delon wanted to take her father to Switzerland so that “he could be treated” medically

Alain Delon's daughter, Anouchka, assured Sunday on TF1 that she wanted to transport her father to Switzerland so that "he can be treated" medically, denying the tax motivations of which her brother Anthony accuses her, against whom she says she has filed a complaint for defamation. “I have never gone against my father's wishes,” she defended herself, during her first speech since the outbreak of this family war in the middle of the week.

Friday, his older brother criticized him for wanting to “bring back” their father to Switzerland – where the cinema legend resides administratively and of which he has been a citizen since 1999 –, to avoid “a huge tax” post-mortem, while Alain Delon , 88 years old, wishes to spend the end of his life in his home in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret).

Comments made on CNews the day after a first interview in Paris Match where he accused Anouchka of manipulating their father whose state of health has been declining since a stroke in 2019.

“My father is being followed in Switzerland by specialists,” explained Anouchka Delon. “He has significant illnesses (...) He is being followed in Switzerland for his illnesses, he has treatments,” she continued. “The only reason why I wanted to bring him to Switzerland was so that he could be treated,” she defended herself.

“He has been doing check-ups every two months for years. It was planned to do a check-up in August, except that my brother was fiercely opposed to it,” she said.

Alain Delon “has treatment which is vital for him and, against the advice of doctors, he has decided to stop this treatment. I didn't agree, I couldn't do anything about it and it's indecent to pass it off as a tax exile, to talk about money. “I’m my father’s daughter, I’m not a wallet’s daughter,” she said. It's not a question of money."

“I did not lie” about Alain Delon's medical results, as his son claims, also insisted the woman who announced that she wanted to file a complaint on Thursday.
