The sterilization process takes place in three stages: the equipment is first pre-disinfected by soaking in a solution. Thermo-chemical disinfection is then carried out using a washer-disinfector. Finally, sterilization is carried out using specialized water vapor technology. This triple treatment is mandatory to be able to reuse medical instruments (scissors, scalpels, endoscopes, etc.) and therefore ensure the continuity of the operating room.
