Dagbladet mean: Utenforskap is disgraceful, unfair and destroys the community

Distinguished samfunnsøkonomer at the ragnar frisch centre has delivered a report on immigration, employment and the class that contains political dynamite. The scientists ' method is scientific: They have studied social mobility among all individuals in Norway born between 1960 and 1980.

It is not easy to create a new policy in an increasingly heated political situation. But it is absolutely necessary that the developed tools and measures that have real impact on the growing differences. Not least, apply the education, retraining and programmes that ensure employment to the youth.
