People's favorite is named - but you will not see the

In December, we invited our readers to vote on which Norwegian advent calendar they think is best. Through the years, it has been produced throughout the 27 Norwegian advent calendars, and of these there was one that was left with the most votes.

the People have spoken and it is "Christmas in Blåfjell" who runs away with the win for best advent calendar.

- It feels incredibly nice to have written an advent calendar that the Norwegian people have voted for their favorite - I'm going to celebrate the happy news with a day off and a long day of skiing in Marka, tells the writer Gudny Hagen.

"Christmas in Blåfjell" appeared on the screen for the first time in 1999, and was regularly shown on tv during the christmas season until 2011. The series won both the Gullruten for best tv-drama, and received the grammy award for best release.

the Series is about the blånissejenta Dared and his twin Twin who lives with the other goblins in the Blåfjell.

I wanted to write the story so that it will last throughout childhood. From you are little and can enjoy the songs, the colors and the mood, for you are the youth, adult and old. despite the huge popularity, certain NRK that the series should not be sent again on tv after 2011. It was because they believed that both the "Christmas in Blåfjell" and the sequel "Christmas at the Månetoppen", was outdated in fortellermåte and technical quality.

Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to see the well-known and beloved advent calendar. The series is currently not available on Nrk web-tv, so if you want a reunion with the Dared and the Twin is the DVD the only option.

Redaksjonssjef in NRK Super, Ingrid Hafstad, tells you that they unfortunately do not have the privileges to view the "Christmas in Blåfjell" on their strømmetjeneste.

Hafstad seems on the other hand it is very nice that "Christmas in Blåfjell" has such a large place in the hearts of Dagbladet's readers.

"Christmas in Blåfjell" represented something new and exciting, and the tale of the blånissene touched the Norwegian folkesjelen. Both the music and the story has strong roots in our culture and the story conveys the values that we like to identify ourselves with.

the Garden tells us that she often gets feedback from people who miss the advent calendar.

- "Blåfjell" was the first advent calendar that had a long and slightly dangerous dramatic curve. An old cliché says that one should take children seriously. For me, it is equally important to take adults seriously, and in the "Blåfjell" is the adult sjelsliv and personal development just as important as children's.
