Life sentence for 7 accused for the attacks in Tunisia

Nearly four years after the attacks on the Bardo national Museum in Tunis, and the beach of Sousse, a Tunisian court sentenced seven defendants to life imprisonment. This is the Tunisian public Prosecutor's office informed on Saturday. Accordingly, prison sentences in the two processes, also, from six months to 16 years against other defendants imposed. The proceedings against 27 other defendants, however, were set.

In the attack on the Bardo national Museum in the Tunisian capital 21 foreign tourists and a policeman in March 2015, had been killed. Three months later, an armed assailant killed in front of a hotel on the beach in the seaside resort of Port El Kantaoui in Sousse, 38 tourists, including 30 British and two German.
