Ha! It's just that a Christmas album for Americans is not inevitably linked with the old age. The young artists are doing.

no, but I've lived long enough in the US to take this Spirit for me to claim. Apart from that, this Album is for me, but, above all, a Chance to escape the routines. I have now done for 30 years, always the same: Album, Promo, Tour. Album, Promo, Tour. And now and then a Swing Album that has broken the monotony a bit. You can't imagine what it is for a blessing to do a concept album. In addition, you have but of course right: I am a middle ages Entertainer. A Christmas album is so in my phase of life is very appropriate.

of Course not. Now I'm taking things more consciously. I know in almost every Situation, why I do what I do. And I have enough time for Golf, my current Addiction. And also since we are seeing a clear improvement to earlier: Since I was addicted to cocaine. Golf is as very much healthier.

"The Christmas Present" is a kind of double album: One part wants to treat the past of Christmas, a part of the future. How about because the future of Christmas for you?

Yes.
I had the concept for the Album Dickens’ Christmas story in the back of the head with the ghosts of the past, present, and Christmas future. This feeling I wanted to capture. As the actual future Christmas will look like, I don't know. With the forthcoming Brexit, I must however assume that we will have no more tomatoes.

why you're worried?
Very. I like tomatoes.

do you Like the EU?
Absolutely.

you look rather worried in the future?
Who knows, what comes. It is said a lot of darkness ahead, but I can always move.

so you will start tend to not "Remain"-campaign?
Probably not. I'm not politically engaged enough. I have never been. And I don't think I'm going to it again.

Why not?
I have no Faith in the policy. I don't trust the structures enough. This is not for me. I like Golf and football once in a while I sing.

And that is not compatible with the democratic commitment?
I'm a Fan of democracy. A great even. But it is not appropriate for me to take care of the Details that are important if you want to comment makes sense.

were you always clear that there would be another Robbie Williams Album?
There must always be something New for me, this is a matter of survival. If you are not progressing constantly forward, everything remains and breaks it. I have seen that.
