MYR opens Puerta Serranos, its fourth hotel in Valencia, in the former headquarters of the regional PSOE

The Valencian group MYR Hotels has just opened the doors of its fourth establishment in the city of Valencia: Hotel Puerta Serranos, a superior four-star hotel located on Calle de las Blanquerías, 4. Until a few years ago, this building housed the headquarters of the PSOE in Valencia.

The hotel is located in a building that is the sum of two: one historic, in an eclectic style, on the corner of Calle Rocas, which corresponds to the type of multi-family residential buildings produced at the end of the 19th century, and the other, adjacent and new construction in 1999.

The Hotel Puerta Serranos has an area of ​​3,400 square meters and has a ground floor with reception, lobby and restaurant; four high floors with 48 double junior suite rooms and 4 suite rooms. In addition, it has 2 basement parking floors and an upper outdoor terrace with privileged views of the Turia River, the Puerta Serranos and the historic city.

After the Plaza del Mercado hotel came Marqués House, which includes the Café Madrid cocktail bar; the Vallier Palace which, in turn, has the La Perfumería Restaurant and the Lladró Lounge cocktail bar. In total, the group now has more than 150 rooms and 130 employees.
