1 pound salmon fillet
3 decilitre whipping cream
1 grated peel of a lemon
1 deciliter of chopped dill
1,5 teaspoons salt
1 ml black pepper
Inserts laxfilén in small pieces.
Mix laxbitarna with the eggs and the cream.
Add salt, pepper, lemon and dill.
Grease a form with space for 1.5 litre. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper.
Pour laxsmeten in shape. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and let stand for about 20 minutes.
Set the pan in the oven and bake at 150 degrees, in the lower part of the oven in about an hour and fifteen minutes – until the patén solidified.
Take off the foil and let cool.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let stand in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
