In about a month last spring assaulted a now 38-year-old man at his girlfriend's ten-year daughter and exposed her to various sexual abuses.
Friday, has, among other things, these abuses by the Court in Randers led to a sentence of three and a half years in prison for Lasse Peter Ljungstrøm.
This was stated by prosecutor Cathrine Brunsgaard from the east Jutland Police.
the Assaults took place at an address on the Local, where the girl lived with her mother, as the 38-year-old had begun a relationship with.
Lasse Peter Ljungstrøm was in 2016, convicted in another case. Here he got the prohibition to reside in the home where there are resident children under the age of 18 years.
Yet he stayed for periods of time in the home in the Local, where he was from april to may repeatedly exposed the girl for sexual assault than sexual intercourse.
When an adult exposes a child under 12 years of sexual abuse, according to the criminal code always talk about rape.
in Addition to the the rape was the 38-year-old convicted of indecent exposure against a 15-year-old girl.
It came to pass on the social medium Instagram, where he sent her several pictures of a sexual nature and asked her for sex. According to the indictment, he must among other things have written: 'But would sick much fuck you good and hard'.
in Addition to the crackdown was Lasse Peter Ljungstrøm sentenced for threats against several prison guards in the jail and butikstyverier.
Prosecutor Catherine Brunsgaard would have him sentenced to custody, but the court determined, therefore, to sentence him to three and a half years in prison.
- I a satisfied that the court ruled him guilty in the crackdown. My contention was that he should be sentenced to not less than three and a half years in prison, if the court would not sentence him to custody, and it was the punishment he got, she says.
- Now I will study the judgment and discuss with the public Prosecutor, whether the judgment should be appealed.
the Case comes, however, under all circumstances of the case before the high court.
Lasse Peter Ljungstrøm has throughout the proceedings denied the guilty, and he appealed against on the ground of the judgment.
