More properties and land have been put up for sale by the Junta de Andalucia. According to the BOJA, 33 assets belonging to it have been put up for auction. They are all of public utility, and total 81.4 million euros.
Three large residential plots in Almeria, Granada, and Seville are among the 30 assets up for public auction. Their combined appraisal value is 35 million euros. It has a market value of over six million euros and must be granted prior authorization by the Junta de Andalucia Governing Council. This was granted at its May 31 meeting.
It is the AR-702 Cuartel De Mondragones land in Granada (assessed at 10,295,429.80 euro). There are also the lands of ARI-DN-01 Santa Barbara Factory, Seville, with an appraisal value at 14,254,903.23 euro; and the land called Toyo II, Almeria (whose appraisement is 10,404,813.26 Euro).
These lands are included in the auction along with urban plots in Seville (Almeria), San Fernando (Cadiz), Jerez de la Frontera(Cadiz), Cordoba), Jaen, Periana, Malaga, Guillena (“Seville”) and Osuna (“Seville”), as well as the Canal Expo, located on the Isla de la Cartuja in Seville.
This procedure is easy and anyone with legal capacity can attend.
All bids must be submitted in writing and sealed envelopes by October 6, 2022. The Assembly Hall will host the public opening ceremony for proposals on November 7, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. of the Ministry of Finance and European Financing C/ Juan Antonio de Vizarron.
With rising economic proposals, two auctions will be held simultaneously. If the first auction is not awarded, the second auction will have a 15% lower bidding price, which will allow for more competitive market prices.

The summary of all auctions to date shows that the first auction was held in October 2019, and three properties were sold for 56.4 million euros. The second auction, which was published in April 2022, saw 16 properties being awarded for 6.4 million Euros.
