The Alto Guadalquivir Hospital welcomed 74 professionals from various professional categories to strengthen its staff during summer months. Additionally, 4 doctors will continue their work in the hospital after the period ends. The professionals are provided with information about the organization and services at the hospital, where they will be performing their professional work.
These sessions were taught by nine professionals from Andujar Hospital. The Training Classroom was used except for one that dealt with the Surgical Area. This session was held in the Sterilization Center because it required more specific knowledge.
Lucrecia Sanchez Extremera (managing director of Andujar hospital) stated that it was always a pleasure to welcome new professionals into our team. They will all receive direct tutoring and professional security to help them resolve any problem. We are confident that they will have access to the latest computer applications and the support and training of older professionals.
The following breakdown shows the number of professionals who were inducted according to their specific professional categories: 4 physicians (specialists respectively in Pulmonology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine), 11 caretakers and 14 auxiliary nurses care technicians, and 49 nursing professionals.
As in previous editions, this edition focuses on the importance and protection against COVID-19.
