Three LTFere acquitted of attempted murder of cops

Three members of Loyal to Familia is Tuesday, been acquitted of attempted murder of two politiassistenter from the Copenhagen Police 29. september last year, where they follow the charges mistook the two police officers with gang members from a rival gang.

A fourth LTF member, was convicted in the case, and one of the four was also convicted for possession of a gun in a different relationship.

This was stated by Michael Juul Eriksen, defence attorney for one of the acquitted, to Ekstra Bladet.

My client is, of course, super relieved, says Michael Juul Eriksen.

He tells that it is the second time in a short time, that one of his clients will be acquitted in a greater LTF-case.

- There have been many cases against the LTF's, that could not stand up in court. This suggests that the anklageskrifterne has been sitting a little loosely, says the defence lawyer.

the Case happened during last year's gang-related conflict between the LTF and the Brothas. The civilian police car was hit by not taking five shots, while he was parked in Mjølnerparken in outer Nørrebro.

One of the shots shattered the rear side window and continuing on behind the headrests close to the two police officers - before the projectile went through the right side window.
