The rejection of the budget of the minority government by the Parliament, had triggered on Wednesday a crisis. The Catalan independence parties could prevent a new election. The separatist deputies in Madrid, Congreso de los Diputados, on whose support the minority government of the PSOE had to rely, but voted with the Conservatives and the liberals against the Bulgarian, because Sanchez had rejected to their demands.
