It is a Letter from the Greek to the German foreign Ministry, called in the language of the diplomatic note verbale. In this written Declaration asking Germany from Greece, now officially, to negotiate about possible reparations for the Wehrmacht crimes resulting damage.

During the German occupation in Greece, numerous massacres and other crimes against the civilian population by the German military found relatives instead of power. German soldiers looted in Parts of Greece, so many foods, that in the case of a famine, up to 300,000 people died.
