Digital management: The ePerso is hardly used

The electronic identity card should simplify the life of citizens. However, the balance is sobering. Can revive the "Grand coalition" of the project?

Konstantin von Notz, member of the German Bundestag for the Green and data protection expert, sees the project ePerso critical: "I think it is a failure, one has to rotate the screw many years ago in the wrong.
