Ecuador requests that the former foreign minister are arrested

The former foreign minister is accused of, inter alia, in a speech in 2018 have asked the people to ”take over the authorities and shut down roads,” and to the ”resistance struggle”, directed against the new government.

He has previously denied the accusations.
