Spinal-sick Tina lived three months in the trash-pile: the Municipality did not

- I am 58 years old.

- I have received home help since a failed neurological surgery in may of 2001 - that is, in 17 years.

- I have a severe spinal cord injury that goes through the 8 stages from the middle of the neck and down to between the shoulder blades. It means that I have a very hard time using my arms and legs.

- But the 20 august was my home helper from the private company angry at me, and since then I have not been made clean, or using personal care.

- I can't describe how degrading it is not to be able to keep themselves clean.

so begins Tina's a letter to the nation! - a letter she has written over several days, as her arms, hands and shoulders, do much hurt when she uses them. Tina would like to make note that Frederiksberg Municipality has failed to help her in more than 3 months. And she has been using to post pictures of the garbage that has piled up. Her letter - which the municipality at the request have the answer on the below - continues namely as follows:

- I've lived on biscuits and dates, and all I have in the cupboards, and I have tried to get the municipality to help me, but in 3 and a half months, they did not.

- I think I have called at least 3 times a week and written mails 3 to 4 times. And in the beginning of november, I was actually promised help. But no.

- the Garbage towered, and it is only here on Tuesday, they came and fetched it.

- But why should a rich municipality of Frederiksberg, however, treat a sick citizen on the way, asks Tina, who presumably can look forward to, that the municipality is looking at their service a second time. At least the writing vice-chancellor's office - which has seen Tina's letter - here's to the nation!:

- As a public authority we must not disclose sensitive personal information, and tell them about the citizens ' personal progress.

- in General, we can say that home care in Frederiksberg Municipality – and that also applies to the private vendors we work with, always trying to perform home-help services on a good way for the citizens.

- As always, when there are specific requests, we will use the opportunity to investigate the matter and possibly take the learning of it.
