Ski-pampere move congress to sex-paradise

It sounds like a very straightforward and quite inelegant advertisement for the well-known sex industry in the thai city.

But it is something completely different.

The international ski association, the FIS, has decided to move its congress in 2020 to just Pattaya, which is not exactly known for its skiing.

Associated reaffirms to the Norwegian VG, congress has moved from the also exotic moroccan Marrakech to the thai tourist town, as the hotel in Marrakech suddenly had to pass on the event.

Two other towns, Hong kong and Pattaya, and a vote sent so the event to Thailand.

The Norwegian director, Erik Røste, voted for Hong kong, and he will have the matter taken up again, he says to VG.

- I have experienced it here as a demanding decision, and in conjunction with one another, we have highlighted that it should be discussed again. We should avoid putting ourselves in such a situation.
