The U.S. house of representatives will initiate against President Donald Trump impeachment proceedings. The President and spokesperson of the Congress chamber, Nancy Pelosi, announced on Thursday in Washington. Donald Trump is only the fourth U.S. President, against such a procedure will be initiated. (Here's what happened in the previous procedure read.)
Trump is clearly violated to their own advantage, against the law, and thus the national security of the United States in danger. "The approach of the President has seriously violated the Constitution." And in America no one is above the law. Pelosi requested the Chairman of the judiciary of the house of representatives Jerry Nadler, a formal indictment for impeachment.
Fatal phone call
the trigger for the Democrats hard process is a phone call Trumps with the Ukrainian President Volodimir Selenski on 25. July. In it Trump Selenski encourages investigations against Ex-Vice President Joe Biden for the presidential nomination of the Democrats, and his son Hunter because of alleged involvement in corruption. He threatened at the same time, help to keep funds for the Ukrainian military back.
The Constitution provides that the offences, which could lead to impeachment, treason, bribery, or "other serious crimes and Misdemeanors" are. To charge it but only if the entire House has voted on the adoption of impeachment articles.
.@Speaker Pelosi & the Democrats should be ashamed. @real Donald trump has done nothing but lead our country - resulting in a booming economy, more jobs & a stronger military, to name just a few of his major accomplishments. ???????? We look forward to a fair trial in the Senate.Stephanie Grisham (@PressSec) February 5, 2019
The White house responded immediately: "The Democrats should be ashamed," tweeted spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham.
