Former international referee Jérôme Garcès, a member of the French XV staff for two years, will work as a consultant with the Stade français, in addition to Pau, the Parisian Top 14 club announced on Wednesday.
“Like every season, the capital club calls on a referee alongside its professional group. Thanks to Jérôme Garcès, who will now intervene occasionally with our Rose et Bleu,” published the Stade français on its social networks.
Garcès, 50, will meet in Paris Laurent Labit and Karim Ghezal, who left the management of the Blues at the end of the World Cup. The Pau Section announced on Tuesday that the referee of the 2019 World Cup final, a native of Pau, would intervene once a week with his team outside of his obligations with the selection.
