Rafael Leao extended his contract on Friday until June 2028 with AC Milan, where the 23-year-old Portuguese striker has been playing since the summer of 2019.
The ex-winger of Sporting Lisbon, his training club, and Lille (2018-19) had only one year left on his contract and was one of the most coveted elements of the club after two good seasons, punctuated by the conquest of the scudetto in May 2022 and a place as a semi-finalist in the Champions League this season.
"AC Milan and Rafael are continuing their journey together", announced the Lombard club on its website, without making public the financial conditions for the renewal of this contract which is accompanied by a strong increase in the player's salary, according to the media. Italians.
