OM-OL incidents: “Totally unacceptable things”, Lopes condemns racist and anti-Semitic acts

OM-OL incidents: “Totally unacceptable things”, Lopes condemns racist and anti-Semitic acts

“These are totally unacceptable things,” declared Anthony Lopes about the racist and anti-Semitic acts of certain Lyon supporters in the stands of the Vélodrome stadium last Sunday before OM-OL. Our largest groups of supporters condemned the events. We, the club, do the same. It’s not just in sport but it’s also in everyday life.”

As a reminder, three investigations have been opened, one concerning the stoning of the OL bus, another on the throwing of smoke bombs on a bus of Rhone supporters and a last on these racist and anti-Semitic acts.
