A first conviction fell this Tuesday following the incidents that occurred near the Vélodrome stadium on Sunday evening. Conviction which is however not linked to the stone-breaking of the Lyon bus and the injury of Fabio Grosso. As reported by BFM Marseille Provence, a member of the ultra Marseille group Fanatics, aged 38, received a fine and 18 months of stadium ban. Arrested with 28 smoke bombs, the person concerned admitted the facts and therefore appeared in court on prior admission of guilt (CRPC). To see the perpetrators of the bus attack in court, however, we will have to wait a little longer...
