It's not Christmas yet, but the Girondins de Bordeaux have sent their wish list. Traveling to the Canet RFC pitch this Friday (8 p.m.) for the seventh round of the Coupe de France, the Marine et Blanc asked the Catalan club to provide them with 200 bottles of water, a basket of fresh fruit, 100 kilos of ice and... pasta boxes.
The media L'Indépendant explains that the intendant of Canet finds himself under pressure, unaccustomed to such demands. For the Bordeaux reception, the National 3 team pulled out all the stops. The match will be played at the Gilbert-Brutus stadium, home of the Dragons Catalans, a rugby league club. Work in one of the changing rooms was interrupted, the lawn was groomed and the rugby posts dismantled.
