So Horacio Pagani, founder and chief designer of Pagani Automobili, introduces his latest creation, the new Pagani Imola, a true hypercar homologated for road use, but designed for the track, where he was born and from which it took its name.

Thanks to the chance to turn on the circuit emiliano in different conditions of temperatures and road surface, the designers have been able to test new solutions, by analyzing their response in the most extreme conditions.

With tires semi-slick, for example, it has been possible to submit the different components of the car to stress the much harder, on the topic of suspension and lateral forces, as compared to what can happen with road tyres.

The Pagans Imola, with its 827 Hp and 1,100 Nm (provided by the engine Mercedes-Benz AMG V12 of 5,980 cc), has been protagonist of the most rigorous cycle of validation on the track never applied to a model Pagani, because, in addition to the regular and careful validation, the car has been involved in more than 16,000 km in circuit at the speed of a race ( in practice, it is as if she had done approximately three times in the 24 hours of Le Mans).
