Madrid court accepts lawsuit against Rubiales & Pique in connection to the Super Cup

Majadahonda (Madrid), Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Majadahonda, have admitted a lawsuit against Luis Rubiales (President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation) and Gerard Pique (Player and Owner of the Company Kosmos Global Holding) for the alleged corruption in business and unfair management.

Majadahonda (Madrid), Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Majadahonda, have admitted a lawsuit against Luis Rubiales (President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation) and Gerard Pique (Player and Owner of the Company Kosmos Global Holding) for the alleged corruption in business and unfair management.

Europa Press was able to see the car signed by Delia Rodrigo (the Court's head), who decided to open preliminary proceedings following the complaint against Rubiales, Pique, and Miguel Angel Galan (CENAFE) filed a month ago. The magistrate summons Galan to post a bail of 10,000 Euros if he wishes to be a popular accusation in this case.

Majadahonda judge pointed out that Galan's facts were "characteristics of an alleged offense of unfair administration or corruption in business", but she agreed to open preliminary proceedings. She will not be able to determine the nature and circumstances of these facts nor who intervened in them.
