Court records obtained by TMZ Sports clarify that French police dropped the case from McGregor following an investigation found that there was insufficient evidence to proceed with a situation.
"The evaluation of the current event doesn't warrant any criminal prosecution because the details or the conditions of the truth of the proceedings couldn't have been definitely established from the investigations," a translation by the web site reads.
"The bits of evidence are not sufficient for the crime to be comprised and also for criminal prosecution to be participated."
