Tat: Raped four-year and threatened to kill the parents

Through 20 years of tiltvang a today 52-year-old man, according to the police for sex with a girl who was just four when the assaults began. The attacks had the character of both vaginal and anal intercourse and oral sex.

It appears by an indictment, which Ekstra Bladet has had access to.

the Rapes began, according to police in 1983 and continued until the end of 2003.

The indictment states that the accused man from Copenhagen before, during and after the samlejerne threatened the victim that he would also rape her younger brother and beat her parents to death, if she did as he said, or if she said it to anyone.

the Assaults took partly place at the victim's residence in the north of Zealand as well as in a kolonihavehus in the country.

At the latter place there was talk about aggravating circumstances, then the accused raped the victim vaginally and anally, while he had tied her hands, took stranglehold on her and held a pillow over her face, so she could not breathe.

in addition to the 20-year-long alleged abuse is the 52-year-old charged with two additional conditions. Both of a sexual nature, both with the accused's residence as a crime scene.

In one of the conditions is believed the 52-year-old in 2010, among other things, to have attempted to force oral sex with a minor, put himself on his victim and forcing her mouth up with his fingers, which he spat her in the mouth and tried to implement his design.

It failed, however, when the victim turned his head away.

In the third aspect of the indictment charged the man at his place of residence in 2013, to have conducted a forced out anal sex with a victim.
