Robbery at casino: - People stormed out of the hotel

on Saturday night, there has been a robbery at the Casino Copenhagen at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Islands Brygge.

the Police confirms to Ekstra Bladet, that right now chasing a perpetrator, and therefore chose to close the metro at Islands Brygge. The metro is now open again, inform the Police.

- I can't say so much right now, but we've got a notification about a robbery at the Casino Copenhagen at 18.41, which we have moved out to, say vagtchef Henrik Stormer.

He further explained that trying to eliminate the perpetrator's escape routes.

- Yes, the metro station could be a possible escape route, and why we are present out there, he makes it clear to Ekstra Bladet.

Ekstra Bladet has been in touch with the Casino Copenhagen, which confirms that there has been an incident with them, but they do not want to comment on the matter further.

the Offender was armed with a slashing weapon at robbery. He managed, however, not to get away with money or other values from the casino.

An eyewitness tells Extra Magazine's man on the spot, that there was panic at the hotel when the incident occurred.

- There is a guard and a person from the hotel, as chasing the offender up to Langebro, tells a taxi driver.

- People stormed out of the hotel in order to save themselves, when it happened, but they are turned back now, he states to Ekstra Bladet.

the Extra Leaf has also spoken with the two guests, who were present when the robbery took place. They tell that a man, who spoke English, came running in and shouted that it was the talk of a robbery.

We sat and played at the casino, when suddenly a man came and shouted, 'this is a robbery'. The man was hætteklædt, had something for the mouth and a bag in her hand. He also had something with, someone said was a gun, but we do not really, says says the 26-year-old Kristoffer Train to Ekstra Bladet.

the Police have also ruled out that it was to be an assault rifle, adds his classmate Mads Abildstrup.
