Coronapandemien has led to uncertainty and exposed to contract negotiations in international cycling. But now the French World Tour team FDJ against the tide.
With Thibaut Pinot in the lead has four of the team's biggest names extended their contracts. All four have tied himself to until the end of 2023, which is relatively long-term contracts in the cycling world.

One of the riders, as FDJ have developed from talent to world star, Thibaut Pinot. He has been on the team continuously since 2010. Completes he of the new contract, when he is up in 14 seasons at the tradition-rich French crew.
- To leave the team, when I stand in front of my best years, would have left me with a feeling of unfinished work. I'm not finished writing my story with this team.
I am convinced that we will continue to deliver great results and win the biggest races. The Tour de France is of course still the ultimate goal, as I will concentrate 100 percent on, say Thibaut Pinot.
The now 30-year-old frenchman was one of the great profiles in last year's Tour de France.
He won a stage and shone in the Pyrenees, before he had to pull out of the race with an injury at the maximum stage.
