A former professional cyclist has been arrested in Italy, where he served as an intermediary in the cocaine-trades.
The case of the 30-year-old colombianer Juan Pablo Valencia, who acted as a courier and transported cocaine from Montegranaro at the Adriatic sea and further north in the country.
After a tip was the local police located Valencia, who was arrested, when he on a mountain bike left his home. During the arrest he tried to dispose of two packages, which turned out to contain a total of 20 grams of pure cocaine. This writes the Italian newspaper Il Resto del Carlino.
