Engell: You must have your money by the Norwegian

In October 2019, I bought two flights with Norwegian to Tenerife with departures from Copenhagen 25. July 2020. Since the purchase, Norwegian changed the departure and arrival times several times. 17. april of this year I announced Norwegian, that I wanted my money, 7198 crowns, in return. It accepted Norwegian.

I spoke 19. may with a caseworker at the Norwegian, who confirmed my cancellation, but stated that it may take months, or perhaps years, before my money comes back.

Norwegian admit that it has nothing to do with coronasituationen to do, and that the process is extremely simple, since it is only a matter of to return the money. I suspect that the Norwegian pulls the case out of the perhaps to avoid paying. What options do I have to get my money?

Have tried exactly the same with SAS. If you have a complaint, there are many options. But start by going into the Internet site, consumption.dk. Here you will get all the instructions on your rights and remedies.

The short answer is that you have the requirements to get the money back. But it may well last for some time.

totally agree, that Jeppe Kofod is a lousy secretary of state. You could also have mentioned the Joy Mogensen, who works as a big misunderstanding as the minister of culture or elefantpasseren Mogens Jensen. And Dan Jørgensen, who do not have done other than to produce climate plans.

It is reassuring to ministers, that you keep as good an eye on them. You are a tough judge. I don't know why everyone throws themselves over the Joy Mogensen. It seems a bit like organised ministermobning.

Some might suggest, Joy Mogensen, to not quite have gotten used to our working methods in the Fortress, but I wonder if it will come. As mayor of Roskilde, she was a vote-getter without equal.

In any case, I'm sure, Mette Frederiksen, has no plans to switch her out.

No new taxes

The best thing about coronakrisen is, that we get rid of all the klimafis – the climate has always changed. I have no confidence in the UN's intergovernmental panel on climate change, which is a collection klimareligiøse types, which distorts the figures.

I hope that the politicians now use the energy to restore jobs and the economy, rather than to punish companies with klimaskatter and taxes.

the Climate is not forgotten because of coronakrisen. The government has already come up with the first climate package, and more. Trump also considers the UN's intergovernmental panel on climate change for the politicised manipulators, so are therefore at least two on the point of view.

It is clear that policy makers need to take into account coronakrisens huge negative financial consequences. They can not send out bursts of new taxes and charges to a business – for example, airlines – that is on its knees.
