"Together, closer to the 190 authorities released nearly 102 000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions in 2018, and it is both long and short flights, which are increasing. It is including the authorities office far from Stockholm, or with operations in several locations that account for the largest emissions per employee for short flights."
" We think the state authorities should be able to go ahead in this regard and take measures to reduce emissions. In particular, on the short flights, it ought to be possible, " says Martin Påhlman, head of miljömålsenheten at the environmental protection agency, to the Echo."
