Stormy Daniels claims she has had sex with Donald Trump in 2006 and got paid out of 130,000 dollars to keep quiet about the affair.
Daniels did ago a lawsuit against president Trump for proprietary rights, as he called her for a platugle (’total con job’).
But in October rejected a court lawsuit, and she must thus reimburse Trump for his legal expenses.
Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, says they will appeal the ruling.

Daniels, who, in reality, states Stephanie Clifford, has also filed a case against the president Trump in a related case, in which she challenges a confidentiality agreement that she signed in connection with the payment of the 130.000 dollars.
Daniels got the money paid through the Donald Trumps former lawyer, Michael Cohen, a few weeks before the presidential election in 2016.
It has since led to major legal problems for both Cohen and Trump, since the payout may be a violation of the law on kampagnefinansiering.
Michael Cohen has acknowledged a variety of crimes and confessed that he paid the money on behalf of Trump. Trump has denied the affair, but he has indicated that he was behind the payment of the money to Daniels.
